Tender description

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare, pensions and child maintenance policy. As the UK’s biggest public service department it administers the State Pension and a range of working age, disability and ill health benefits to over 22 million claimants and customers. There have been a number of instances where Ministers have requested a rapid assessment of attitudes and behaviors towards elements of DWP policy DWP is also working on cross government priority campaigns that require rapid assessment of audience attitudes and behaviors. The insight provided by such polling is required to shape our communications strategy to support the Department’s reform agenda.
