Tender description

Notification of award of the following: Thames Water wishes to establish a single framework agreement for the supply of natural Gas to Daily and Non Daily Meters for sites operated by Thames Water in the south east region of England. Thames Water Utilities (TWUL) is the largest water and waste-water services company in the UK with over 4 000 employees providing continuous services to 13 000 000 customers in the south east of England. TWUL is owned by Kemble Water, a consortium led by Macquarie's European Infrastructure Fund. The company is committed to sound environmental practice. Current estimated annual requirements: Daily Metered — 1 meter; Non-Daily Metered — 68 meters. With a combined annual estimated consumption of 100GWh. TWUL wishes to establish a partnership with maximise effectiveness of commodity buying and integrating data from AMR for operational efficiency and billing accuracy. TWUL has appointed Purenergy Limited to assist with this project.
