Tender description

The HSC Business Service Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PALS) invites you to respond to this call for tender (cft). If you wish to communicate with the buyer please do so by using the secure clarifications tab within the cft. The objectives of this procurement are to contract a service that will be accessible to everyone within the Health and Social Care environment to enhance their health and wellbeing, in particular the service will; (i) Provide an Arts Service in each of the five Health and Social Care Trusts, to children and adults, in a range of health and social care settings; (ii) Through the delivery of effective and innovative art activities, encourage the achievement of positive experiences and outcomes for those involved e.g. service users, carers, staff and on occasions members of the public; and, (iii) Provide a person-centred, high quality and sustainable Arts Service which delivers demonstrable benefits in self-reported ill health and social wellbeing.
