Full Body MSK Physiotherapy Service - DGS CCG

Tender description

NHS Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley CCG is seeking to commission Full Body MSK Physiotherapy services across the DGS catchment area utilising the Lead Provider Model in line with the attached service specification. The DGS CCG's approach is to commission a single Lead Provider to offer Full Body MSK Physiotherapy services in line with the inclusion and exclusion criteria outlined in the service specification. The Lead Provider would be expected to work with the local health economy (primary and secondary care) to ensure a seamless transition between care providers, where this is required. The service will provide a comprehensive, high quality, evidence based provision that has a strong focus on the measurement of quality of provision from point of entry into the service, through to patient outcomes. The new service will be patient-centred; offering choice and easy access to locally delivered community-based clinics, which will provide a high quality, efficient service in line with national guidance and local requirements. The Lead Provider will ensure that high quality services are available throughout the CCG area.
