Tender description
The Institute wishes to appoint a resource to provide snack-type catering services to visitors attending events held at the Athletics Track and at the Sports Stadium (commencing 1st March 2016). Apart from the Cork City Sports Event, where mobile external catering providers will be allowed at the event, it is not envisaged that any other external providers will be permitted within the Athletics Track or Football Stadium arenas during events. 2.2 The required service: 2.2.1 The requirement is for the provision of light snacks – hot and cold drinks, hot water-based snacks, sandwiches and confectionery. The Institute will provide a serviced location at each venue (see Appendices B and C for floor plans and list of provided equipment). The space will be available exclusively to the appointed service provider and, as such, may be used for the storage of non- perishable items between events; however, please note that the ‘back of house’ storage space will be limited
