**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLOSING DATE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 20TH APRIL 2016 AT 12 NOON** Essex County Council has been commissioned by Essex County Fire & Rescue Service (ECFRS) to procure a full service marketing agency. ECFRS requires a supplier to work with the in-house team to develop an annual calendar of integrated communications and marketing campaigns (inclusive of media planning and purchasing) through to implementation and evaluation. The contract will be for a term of 1+1 Years. Applicants must contact ECC to request to be invited to this tender by following these instructions: 1.
