Tender description

Derbyshire County Council is seeking to appoint one competent organisation for each of the lot areas to supply a range of building and plumbing materials to meet the needs of the Council. The contract is for 2 years with the option to extend for two further one year periods subject to performance review. The anticipated contract start date 1.9.2016. The estimated annual contract spend for Derbyshire County Council is 400 000 GBP. I have increased the estimated spend by 50 000 GBP per annum to allow other Borough, Districts and City Councils within Derbyshire and the surrounding area to call off the contract if they wish to.
