Tender description
One Housing Group (OHG) and Chequers Contract Services Limited (Chequers) have formed a joint venture company, Renovo Facilities and Services Limited (the JVCo). OHG intend to award a Contract to the JVCo for the provision of a range of facilities management and building services to OHGs properties. The services to be provided by the JVCo under the Contract will include gardening, cleaning, window cleaning, handy person / catering, electrical and building maintenance, together with such other services as may be agreed by OHG and the JVCo from time to time in accordance with the change provisions in the Contract. The Contract will be in place for maximum term of 30 years. The estimated value of the Contract is approximately 1 500 000 GBP per annum.
