Tender description

Broadacres require a new contract to combine multiple landline contracts for telephony across North Yorkshire. - Provision of approximately 86 landline phone lines including monthly rental and call usage at the sites listed in the attached Appendix. - Provision of automated billing for all lines. - Account management services for changes, moves and deletions and ensuring that the optimum tariff is being applied. - Incident and problem management for repairs / line faults. - Site survey prior to implementation.
