Home is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced construction consultancy partners for new build and refurbishment works. The schemes may include social rented, shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale units as well as supported housing, community and commercial buildings. Services will be split into specific lots and broken down further into regional lots to include: Principal Designer. Employers Agent. Clerk of Works. It is intended that framework awards will be based on a rotation mechanism with future awards dependent upon performance measured against KPI's. Home will reserve the right to externally benchmark the framework. Home will reserve the right to re-enter the market place for large joint ventures or projects where a bespoke or specialist solution is required. Home will reserve the right to make a direct appointment from the framework where a bespoke or specialist solution is required. Home Group (on behalf of itself and potentially other bodies listed at Section VI.3 — the ‘eligible bodies’) is seeking to set up this framework under which eligible bodies can procure services. The scope of projects may vary and will cover North East England, Yorkshire, Cumbria, Scotland, London, South East England and South West England.
