Tender description

BHC is seeking to enter a contract with an architect for the design of a 150 000 — 250 000 square foot waterfront office building. The successful applicant with liaise with BHC in order to prepare the design and plans for the project. City Quays is a 250 000 000 GBP development in the heart of Belfast's historical maritime district representing the latest stage in the ongoing transformation of Belfast's waterfront. The development is primarily commercial office led and has outline planning approval for almost 2M square foot of mixed use built space, as well as a hotel, multi-storey car park and supporting public realm space. Further information regarding the contract will be provided within the pre-qualification documents that can be requested through the contact detailed at I.1) of this OJEU notice.
