TENDER FOR COMMUNITY LED LOCAL DEVELOPMENT BID

Tender description

This invitation for the submission of a quotation is issued by Corby Borough Council for specialist expertise to prepare a local Community Led Local Development Strategy. Community Led Local Development is a new element of the European Programme 2014-20. The South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership (SEMLEP) has allocated £4M for this in its Strategy and Implementation Plans. Corby Borough Council has indicated interest in utilising this funding. A Phase 1 bid has been submitted recently (7th December 2015). The phase 1 bid is for £20,000/50% funding for preparation of a Local Strategy. A decision on this funding has been received this February 2016. Preparation of a successful Local Strategy will lead to the release of the full funding of £2M.
