Purpose of the Event: Liverpool City Council in partnership with Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council, Wirral Metropolitan Council, Halton Borough Council & St Helens Council* currently commission a range of services to support adults living with a Sensory Impairment / Loss.
