PAN1190 - Portable Heating-Cooling Units for Museums

The new deadline is now 12 noon on Monday 11th April 2016.*** Leicester City Council’s Arts & Museums service runs a range of museum & cultural services and offers across a number of the City’s heritage / museum sites. This includes corporate hire, venue hire, exhibition launches, audience development activities (talks, presentations, etc.); weddings, and range of events. Some sites do not have conventional heating systems (or may benefit from one in part) as a result the service has a business need to ensure all spaces within the sites have good ambient temperatures making the sites fit for purpose. The Authority is looking to procure new portable ‘black heat’ generating heating & cooling units for these sites, to ensure a quality environment for customers / visitors.
