Home Group is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced engineers who can undertake projects comprising demolition, new build and conversions. The schemes may include social rented, shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale units ranging from 1 bedroom flats to larger houses for families, together with supported housing, community and commercial buildings. Our programme over the next four years reflects our strategy to provide mixed tenure and create sustainable communities. Home Group operates an Enterprise and Development function that identify and deliver development projects in certain regions of England and Scotland. The Home Group Development Engineers Framework will be divided into lots with each lot supporting development projects in the following regions: ? Scotland ? North East & Yorkshire ? Cumbria ? London ? South East ? South West
