Tender description
Children's Centre Early Help Services provide universal and targeted early childhood services; they are a core part of the city's Early Help Delivery Model for children, young people and families. Children's Centres work in partnership with a range of services and agencies to improve the outcomes and life chances of children and their families. Toe deliver children's centre early help services from Fenchurch Cluster Children Centres, located across the west area of Hull, the children's centres cover 5 wards: Myton, St Andrews, Avenue, Newland and Bricknell. To deliver children's centre early help services from Rainbow Children's Centre, located in the west of Hull and covering the Newington ward and part of St Andrews ward. To deliver children's centre early help services from Little Stars Children's Centre, located in the east of Hull and covering Southcoates East and Holderness Wards.
