Tender description

Hartlepool Borough Council wishes to invite tenders for the Provision of Community Floating Support within Hartlepool:- The Service will provide floating support for up to 42 Service Users providing 112.50 hours of support per week, equating to an average of 2.5 hours per week per Service User for up to a period of 12 months. The Service will provide support in locations agreed between the Support Worker and the Service User, this can include the Service Users property or within the community. The Provider will provide support flexibly and the hours allocated will cater for the changing needs of Individuals and support will be provided at flexible times to meet individual need. — The Service will be delivered flexibly between 9:00 — 17:00, Monday to Friday.
