Tender description
Wigan is commissioning a parent support service to provide strategic expertise and capacity to support the development of an integrated offer of support for parents across Wigan. This contract is in 2 Lots: Lot 1: Parent Support Offer; Lot 2: Intensive Family Intervention; The contract will support the following cohorts: Lot 1: Parents with assessed parenting support needs, who are situated at Levels 1-3 of the Wigan Safeguarding Children's Board Threshold of Need. Lot 2: Families with multiple layers of complex issues who are situated at Level 4 of the Threshold of Need and who have a child on a Child Protection Plan.
