Tender description

Falkirk Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experience Gas Safe registered contractors interested in tendering for a framework agreement for the replacement and upgrade of existing gas central heating installations and gas appliances to existing dwellings timeously and to the required standard. The works mainly comprise of: — Central heating replacement systems on an ad-hoc basis — approx. 330 properties per annum. — Minor replacement works e.g. boiler, fire replacements, radiator replacement etc. — approx. 2 175 properties per annum. — The complete stripping out of existing and installation of new gas central heating systems to dwellings. — Associated builders work, electrical connections etc.
