Gainsborough Infrastructure and Planning

Tender description

To produce a Gainsborough Infrastructure and Planning Delivery Strategy. The project will involve identifying any potential gaps in infrastructure provision associated with the level of growth proposed in the draft Local Plan and the proposals being put forward as part of the Gainsborough Housing Zone status. In addition advice on the delivery strategy of such infrastructure allied to supporting any potential business case for external funding. There are 4 stages to this project. Stage One to cover : Baseline; Inception meeting; Review national, regional, local studies, strategies and schemes; Data collection and review; Economic, development and market overview; Site visit(s) and spatial analysis; Consultation with officers, key stakholders, partners, agencies, landowners; Client meeting(s). Stage Two: Analysis; Data analysis; Mapping; Gap analysis; Identification of principle objectives, challenges, opportunities; Client meeting(s). Stage Three: Prioritisation; List of key infrastructure and projects; Prioritisation exercise; Key priorities plan; Client meeting(s). Stage Four: Delivery; Delivery models; Other delivery issues; Planning strategy; Governance; Recommendations and next steps; Draft report & feedback; Final report and appendices.
