Tender description
Stockport Council is obliged by statute to ensure that food premises within the Borough are inspected in accordance with the frequency determined by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), Food Law Code of Practice. Like all local authorities Stockport Council is monitored by the FSA in terms of its performance in this important area of work. The successful contractor will undertake inspections of up to 480 Category C, 440 Category D and 350 Category E Food premises at various geographical locations across the Borough of Stockport, in accordance with the project specification.
