DIO Army Basing Project - Specialist Financial Assistance

Tender description

The authority requires financial assistance for the above project. The supplier, PwC are required to provide support and assistance in respect of the following aspects: • The continuing development of the ABP variation terms and conditions; • Negotiations in respect of the capital cost and lifecycle related profit sharing mechanisms; • The necessary amendments required to the PAC payment mechanism to accommodate ABP assets; • Discussions on the status of the financial model and Schedule 31 in respect of the ABP variation; • Reviewing and commenting from a commercial perspective on draft documentation as developed by your legal advisers. In providing this support and assistance you will be required to attend internal preparation meetings, details provided at Section 6 and assist in negotiation meetings with ADL, subcontractors and other stakeholders as necessary.
