Thenue HA proposed development in Bridgeton comprises 2 sites to provide a total of 48 dwellings. The first site, Bridgeton Phase 3 is bounded by Rumford Street, Reid Street, Franklin Street and the rear backcourt area of the tenement properties on Main Street. The second site, Bridgeton Phase 4 is bounded by Rumford Street, Reid Street, Finnart Street and Finnart Square. Thenue HA proposed development in Castlemilk is to provide 22 dwellings and a community facility and comprises the site bounded by Holmbyre Road, Holmbyre Terrace, Blaeloch Drive and the backcourt of the existing properties on Blaeloch Drive and Holmbyre Road.
