Tender description

The Highland Council have appointed a Principal Contractor to undertake the construction of a new 2-storey extension to include new open plan offices. In addition, the renovation of the existing B-listed former secondary school will also form part of the contract, as well as formation of a new access road off the main trunk road. Works will also include demolition of the old canteen and gym hall buildings to the front and rear of the existing property.
