Tender description
The London Borough of Waltham Forest (the “Authority”) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced single entity to deliver the provision of a High Needs Outreach Support Service to mainstream educational settings in Waltham Forest. These services are support services to mainstream educational settings that enable learners with Special Educational Needs or disability (SEND) to attend or remain at the mainstream setting and make good progress in their attainment. This is achieved by supporting teachers and SENCOs with a range of services including advice, formal training and attendance at learner-specific meetings such as team around the child (TAC).
