Tender description

The purpose of the present exercise is to procure professional advice at an outline masterplanning stage and to clarify understanding about implications of the nature of the site and adjacent infrastructure for the University’s plans. The University of Worcester is seeking to appoint a Cost Consultant to work with the appointed Masterplanner in order to prepare and submit an outline planning application or applications complete with supporting technical information.
