Totton Health & Leisure Centre Refurbishment

Tender description

The project is part of New Forest District Council’s ongoing refurbishment and improvement to the Totton Leisure Centre ( Water Lane, Totton, SO40 3GX) with a view to increase the number of users to the free-weights gym and new steam and sauna facilities. The work comprises the following: Enlarge the free-weights area into the existing steam and sauna cabins room. Build new steam & sauna cabins on poolside into new purpose built area. Create new storeroom for sports hall and new office space for gym staff Works will include knocking down walls, building stud walls, moving of steam sauna equipment and all associated refurbishment works.
