Tier 3 / Tier 4 Weight Management Services Provider forum event

Fareham & Gosport CCG, North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG, North Hampshire CCG, South Eastern Hampshire CCG, West Hampshire CCG, Southampton City CCG and Isle of Wight CCG are considering collaboratively commissioning tier 3 specialist weight management service and tier 4 specialised complex obesity services (including bariatric surgery). The CCGs are inviting organisations who have an interest in and the capability of delivering either both or one of the services to a follow up provider forum event to consider: • Our response to your feedback from the previous engagement event on 21st January 2016 • Proposed draft service specification • Preparation for tender opportunity The event will be held on: Thursday, 21st April 2016 9.30 - 11.30 Eastleigh, Hampshire In order to book a place, you must first register with In-Tend 1. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/soepscommissioning 2. Click the “Register” link on the left-hand side of the page. 3. Enter your correct business and user details. 4. Note the email address chosen and Click “Register My Company” when complete. 5. You will receive an email with your unique password (keep this secure). 6. Login to the portal with the username/password. 7. You will be prompted to change your password on first login. 8. Hover your mouse over the “Tenders” button on the main toolbar and choose the relevant option: o “Current” shows a list of all the advertised opportunities on the system (i.e. open to all) In-Tend “correspondence” should be used to notify of delegates’ names and contact details, a maximum of 2 per organisation (please not do not respond as an expression of interest at this stage) If there is a particular topic you would like to hear about please send your suggestion via In-Tend correspondence and we will consider your proposal for discussion at the event.
