In advance of any potential Tendering exercise for the service St Helens Council wants to engage with the market and understand the capability and capacity of Providers in being able to meet the requirements of the specification. As such Providers are invited to review the attached Draft Service Specification and Background Information and by completing the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire provide details of any potential issues and also any thoughts on potential changes / improvements to the Draft Service Specification.
