School cleaning services

Tender description

The successful tenderer will be required to provide cleaning services at The Commonweal School. The new cleaning contract will run from January 2016 to December 2018. Cleaning is currently undertaken in house with only the 6th form building being cleaned by cleaning contractors. The new cleaning contract will run from January 2016 to December 2018. The School can be cleaned between 7:00-8:30 and 15:00-18:30 with the possibility of having a single or couple of roving cleaners during the day (195 days routine cleaning). Approximately 500 hours cleaning as deep clean during holidays — as part of the tender, contractors will be asked to provide recommended staffing against an agreed specification of works, rather than match existing hours. The tender project is seeking to appoint a contractor whose initiative and innovation will be welcomed for the provision of cleaning services within the facilities for The Commonweal School. The high quality service levels proposed should maintain excellent standards throughout.
