Tender description

A derelict site (0.51acres) located at the northern end of Chadwick Street, directly adjacent to the Ruth Gorse Academy, which is currently under construction. Recent investigations show asbestos containing material within a stockpile of material (estimated at 3 000 tonnes) on the site. Immediate removal of the stockpile and any other surface material is required. Negotiations are ongoing with the adjacent landowner which will affect the land boundaries and final fencing solution and these may have an effect on time-scales.
