Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames recently made a decision to extend their Waste and Recycling Collection contract for an additional 7 years and to vary the collection methodology. The Council has selected a provider to recycle the waste streams which will be collected through this contract. These 2 streams include: 1. Co-mingled Recyclates — Cans, glass, plastics, tetra and drink cartons. 2. Co-mingled Recyclates — Paper, card paper, card, news and pams. The Council will arrange for the recyclates to be bulked and delivered to the successful provider's nominated recipient point. The contract will commence on the 16.2.2016 until 31.3.2017, with the option(s) to extend for a further 6 periods of 12 months.
