The Gatwick Diamond authorities (Surrey County Council, West Sussex County Council, Crawley Borough Council, Horsham District Council, Mid Sussex District Council, Mole Valley District Council, Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, Epsom and Ewell Borough Council and Tandridge District Council) are wishing to appoint a Consultant to update their existing Local Strategic Statement (LSS).
