Public Relations Consultancy Services Relating To Pre-Application Community Consultation

SONI, the System Operator for Northern Ireland is seeking to appoint a specialist consultancy to manage and provide Pre-Application Community Consultation services, to support its Grid Development team with a number of transmission project planning applications in Northern Ireland. This is in relation to The Planning (Development Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 which are in operation since 1st April 2015. SONI would like to establish a single supplier framework agreement for the provison of the following services: 1) Managing Statutory Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) 2) Politicial Engagement 3) Stakeholder Engagement and Management 4) Message preparation and advertisment copy delivery 5) Proactive media relation 6) Issues/Crisis Managmenet 7) Social media in support of project 8) Reporting
