Tender description

Oxford City Council has now raised the funds to replace the existing facility with a modern water splash feature and is keen to explore interest from the market for the supply and installation of a system which gives consideration to the following: — Will be accessible to all — Be considerably more environmentally sustainable and economical to run — Design considers the visual impact of the system/feature, where its location lies in the middle of the park. — Has innovative design features giving the system/feature a purpose in the off-season (Autumn/Winter/Spring) — Utilises the current space — Meets all current health and safety requirements The Council is looking to engage with suitably qualified providers who are interested in delivering the Supply and Installation of a Splash Feature and will be holding a Bidder's Day on the 23.3.2016 to provide an opportunity to visit the site and for the Council and potential bidders to have an open discussion about the project.
