Management Training (Distance Learning)

Tender description

The objective of this training is to strengthen and develop leaders and managers in St Helena to develop and enhance business practice on the island. The scope of this training includes: Providing registration for Business Management Courses that are internationally accredited through the Institute of Leadership and Management. Working with the local Lifelong Learning Service to process candidate registrations for the management courses identified. Work with the Lifelong Learning Services to determine entry of candidates on to suitable programmes of study. Delivery of accredited Business Management Courses at Level 3 and Level 5. Delivery of distance support sessions through electronic means wherever possible. Facilitating access to electronic course material through a web portal where possible. Facilitation of the administration relating to the registration and certification of learners. Provide advice to the Education and Employment Directorate on the suitability of other Accredited Business Management courses on request. Provide first tranche of training according to timeframes specified in the terms of reference. and provide costed proposal for groups of approximately 5 candidates (for each level) to access training in 2017 and 2018.
