Two Castles Housing Association Limited on behalf of itself and Endeavour Housing Association Limited and Teesdale Housing Association Limited and acting as a central purchasing body on behalf of each of their respective current and future group organisations as well as other registered providers identified within the list of registered providers maintained by and at http://www.homesandcommunities.co.uk and who have housing stock located within an 80 mile radius of Carlisle or 100 mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne and establishing a framework agreement with 2 experienced service providers. The first framework agreement is for the vast majority of the initial anticipated scope of grounds maintenance services which is then to be the intended service provider for the calling off of term contracts by each of the contracting authorities. The second framework agreement shall be held in reserve save that other registered providers will be able to call off from either of the two framework agreements.
