Health and social work services. This service will be co-commissioned between Tower Hamlets CCG and an independent social purpose organisation called Mental Health and Employment Partnership Ltd (MHEP), which has received funding for this purpose from Cabinet Office. As a result, there will be 2 contracts for the provider. 1 contract will be between Tower Hamlets CCG and the provider. This contract will be for 3 years, with an option to extend by 2 years. The other contract will be between MHEP and the provider. This contract will be for 3 years. There may be potential for MHEP to extend this contract beyond 3 years, though this will depend on future funding arrangements.
