Tender description

The primary objective of the Contract and in accordance with government guidance, Durham County Council (DCC) must commission a service to work with local people across the County. Healthwatch County Durham (HWCD) will be the local, independent consumer champion for health and social care, providing a focus for the voices of citizens and ensuring that local people and communities have a stronger influence and challenge on how health and social services are commissioned and provided in County Durham.
