Swindon Borough Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced main contractors to design and build 4 Semi-Detached Lifetime Homes at Brookfield, Highworth, Swindon including road works and associated external works. The site is fenced off (no gates) but can be viewed from the site boundary, therefore, site visits can be undertaken anytime. THIS IS A DESIGN AND BUILD MAIN CONTRACT Full details relating to the Services and Works are provided in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document: This is a competitive tender, and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender. The tender documents are included within this webpage as ‘Contract Attachments’. Tender Returns are required to be submitted no later than Friday, 13 May 2016, 12.00GMT.
