Solent LED is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project. The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to commission the development of an independent and objective Innovation Strategy for the Solent LEP area. This is expected to be shaped incrementally, and we are proposing a phased approach. Phase 1, for which this commission relates, will identify the areas smart specialisms that have the greatest potential for commercialisation and generating economic value, in the Solent. The initial contract period will be for the duration of Phase 1, subject to performance and agreement of all parties.
