Tender description
Framework for the provision of new mixed tenure housing using Design and Build contracts. Framework agreement for a 3 year period with the option to extend for an additional year. Aldwyck Housing Group and its subsidiaries propose to develop several mixed tenure developments over the life of the Framework. Tender list for each scheme will be chosen from the selected Framework contractors.
