Tender description

The Prime Consultant will be required to provide the following services: Project Management; Cost Management; Supervisor services in accordance with the NEC Form of Contract; Project Monitoring; Administration of the Prime Contractor Framework arrangements; Procurement; Sustainability and other Specialist Services. This list is not exhaustive but provides the basis of the services required. Full details are provided in the Tender documentation.
