Essex County Council (The Authority) are tendering for the following services at our Chelmsford Park and Ride locations at Sandon and Chelmer Valley Park: Lot Two: Facilities Management Services Lot Three: Front of House Services The Agreement will be for a term of 5 years with an option to extend for 12 months plus 12 months. The option to extend shall be at the sole discretion of the Authority. The Authority shall be running the Facilities Management (FM) and Front of House (FOH) Services Lots for this event via an EU Public Regulation Open Process. Potential FM and/or FOH tenderers can express an interest in articipating in Lot Two: Facilities Management Services and/or Lot Three: Front of House Services opportunities by following these instructions: 1. Send an email with your organisation name in the subject title field to email2workspace-prod+ECC +WS692368007+my2z@ansmtp.ariba.com asking to be invited to this event and providing your contact name and Supplier ID/User ANID from your Ariba registration details. 2. If you have more than one registered user who you want invited to the event, provide the name(s) of each registered user in your request as it may not be possible to include additional users at a later stage. If you are not registered in Ariba at all, go to http://ecc.supplier.ariba.com/ad/register/SSOActions?type=full and follow the instructions to register then follow steps 1 and 2 above. (PLEASE NOTE: 35% completion (i.e. mandatory fields only: organisation/user details, commodity, sales territory) is the minimum required for your Ariba cloud registration, you do not need to reach 100% completion.) To aid the potential tenderers with their responses to our requirements, the Authority is hosting a Bidder's Day event on 16th March 2016. Potential Tenderers shall be welcome to view the Sandon and Chelmer Valley Park and Ride sites and attend a Question & Answer session with the Authority's representatives. Please note that Essex County Council has to restrict the number of attendees to 2 representatives per organisation.
