Due to the fact that Kent County Council was unable to contract with any tendering organisations a decision was made to undertake a negotiated process. The previous tender opportunity was SS14 71. The requirement remains for a continued community meal service to deliver a hot seasonal nutritional lunchtime meal and pudding to referred Individuals 365 days a year. A single organisation has been chosen to negotiate a final solution. If this is option is unachievable, then the potential for service delivery re-definition remains.
