Tender description

The Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement in respect of urban grass cutting services within the County. This procurement will deliver between one and seven providers to the Council for the delivery of all urban grass cutting activities to commence from 1.4.2016. The framework seven areas mirror the existing Borough and District boundaries within Noth Yorkshire: Richmond, Thirsk, Whitby, Kirby Misperton, Skipton, Boroughbridge and Selby. Grass verge cutting services — the cutting of highway verges, central reservations, roundabouts, islands and other non-defined areas within the limits of villages and towns as detailed in the plans.
