Provide a mixture of one to one and group user-led peer support services in the community, with Merton residents with diagnosed severe mental health conditions, from the ages of 18 to 75 years with the principal focus of supporting and enabling recovery, with clearly achievable outcomes identified that will maximize a person's ability to live as independently as they are able.
