ESPO is seeking to establish a multi supplier framework agreement for the supply of books, e-books and other related materials such as the following: — Books — E-books — Maps — Educational Software — CD's —DVD’s — e-Readers and accessories — Video games. The existing ESPO framework will expire on 31.8.2016 and ESPO is seeking to re-tender, and replace the existing framework. It is hoped that the replacement Framework will be wider in scope, structure and operation, to reflect market changes. The purpose of this notice is to enable interested parties to engage with ESPO to discuss the products and services currently available in the market, options regarding the structure of the procurement and the anticipated direction of future marketdevelopments. To participate in this market consultation please contact Louis Blake on 0116 294 4055 or l.blake@espo.org , by 31/03/2016 As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period.
