Tender description

Warrington Borough Council currently commissions a successful pilot Voluntary Perpetrator Programme. The current contract is due to expire on 31st March 2016 and the Council would like to understand the potential supply market within the region for this service. Potential providers for the service are asked to return a simple questionnaire to enable the Council to understand the supply market; size, composition and capacity.
