Tender description

The requirement is to find a suitable partner for running the British Council Information Centre (BCIC) in Pakistan to ensure continued efficiency, security, integrity, standardisation and scalability in the delivery process across the country. The scope of the contract with the service provider includes answering phone calls, making outbound calls, answering emails and social media response across Pakistan with a high level of quality and consistency. The scope will be expanded in this tender to include providing appointment setting and answering calls and emails for Library services in Lahore and Karachi.
